Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of Reservation.
Cancellation is free and the amount will be refunded in full if the reservation is canceled or modified up to 7 days before the arrival date, without charging penalties.
For cancellations made in less than seven days, but up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, 50% of the amount paid is charged.
For cancellations made on the same day as the reservation date, 90% of the amount paid is charged.
In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.
Accommodation of guests.
Check-in: after 14:00.
Check-out: 08:00-12:00.
The rates include VAT and breakfast. Breakfast can be served between: 07:00 – 10:00.
The rates differ depending on the period and the type of room you opt for.
Payment methods.
Payment will be made through the EuPlatesc.ro platform, and the accepted credit cards are: Visa or Mastercard.
The parking space.
Parking is possible at the property, within the limits of available spaces. Hotel customers are offered free parking. Although we take all precautionary measures, we do not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage on the surface of our property.
Safety of personal items.
We do not assume any kind of responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects within the premises of the property, the hotel, the restaurant.
Pets.
Pets are not accepted in the hotel.
Behavior.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or service in the restaurant to intoxicated, rude or turbulent customers who, through their attitude, damage the image of the hotel or disturb other customers.
The consumption of drinks and food from outside is not allowed in the hotel. It is also forbidden to drink too much, to play loud music both inside and outside, or at times that disturb the other tourists staying.
Smoking.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in public spaces.
Restaurant.
The restaurant is open between the hours: 12:00-23:00.
Breakfast can be served daily between 07:00 and 10:00.
In order to comply with additional requests (for example: dietary restrictions, allergies, vegetarians), please mention them inside the hotel to the staff employed at the reception.
Changes to hotel policy.
The hotel policy can be modified without prior notification.
In case of non-compliance with one or more restrictions in this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to act according to the law for violating the private owner or its internal rules.
